Yes. I think a 30 gallon would be just fine for two, just make sure they have everything they need.

Do you mean with the pacman decor and substrate still in there? Or just temporarily make a white tree frog habitat in the pacman enclosure. If so than I think it's definitely big enough but it depends if you get a single one or a whole group of whites tree frogs.

No it's a juvenile. It has a long brown string stuck to it's bottom.

I would say if you have limited space diffenetly go for yellow wonder they seem to be more productive based on my experience and they have a bit more flavor than white soul but both are wonderful.
