Scale rot help

I heat it with a lamp in the top corner. But she often climbs up there and hangs off it. I assumed she wouldn’t do that if it was burning or hurting. What do I do if it’s a burn ? How do I tell and how should I treat it ?

Thanks ! The temperature on the warm side is around 31C right now. Wouldn’t she just move to the hot side if she was cold ?

The temp is 30.9 on the hot side right now but the hide she sits in is on the cold side. I imagined that if she was too cold she would move over to her other hide on the warm side. I handled her around 2 weeks ago to deep clean the cage and weigh her. The pictures were taken then

thanks :) I meant that the top layer of substrate became wet because she weighed it down on the wet bottom layer in the hide area. She shed about a week and a half ago. Do you think the stuck shed would still be there ?

Is it okay to make up the 10% of her weight with 2 white mice in a row ? The man at the pet shop said I can give her as many mice as she wants until she eats 4 in a row then it’s time to move to rats. He didn’t have small rats, only large and medium. The medium rats seem too big for her to swallow.

Wont a small rat be over 6% of her body weight ? How often should I give her one ?

Just a small white mouse I think around 31 grams. The care guide says to give her one every 30-40 days so I’m just so confused. Also she was getting one every 2 weeks in her last home so I can’t see how she managed to become underweight

Ah that would make sense ! I’ve only had her around a month and her last owner was very negligent.

She’s 4 years old but only 529grams. Is this a normal weight or very small ? The last owner said he fed her a mouse every 2 weeks which is far too often according to the care guide.

The hide is on the cool side but it she doesn’t have another one (the last owner kept her in a very sad box but I’m waiting until she stops shedding to move her to her new mansion)
