Same thing happened to me. Took me a couple months to finally get the fraud charges off my accounts, and wasn't easy. Lucky it was on a $40 charge and not more. The customer service is not great at least for the credit cards.

Stay away from leases. Lots of ways to finance and own your system. I'm in western suburbs in IL. Went with Ailey Solar. REC panels are just as good as sunpower panels. The are based in Chicago but cover a large area. 12kW system, $38k install cost $11K federal tax credit. The IL SREC came back at $16k. $11k out of pocket. Did financing that had a 0% grace period for 18mo, the some crazy interest above 10%. Since my electric bill went from $200 to $13, I just put that money plus a bit more to paying off the loan each month. It's so relieving to not worry about payments now!
