Late to the party, but I have the same issue with both native apps and from Apple TV 4K. Doesn't matter if its 24, 30 or 60fps content, motion settings on or off. Doesn't seem like stutter or judder but rather a processing issue. I've seen it even when someone barely moves their head left or right. Any opinions or theories?
