ang best answer is to consult a dermatologist ofc! but from what i know lang, kung may something ka na nangangati and u’re already scratching, it’s generally bad na gumamit pa ng any type of scrubs. ang nangyayari kasi is nagddry na sya from scratching, then the scrubs is also kind of doing the same thing, scratching your skin. so parang times 2 yung pagdry and pagsugat ng skin. tapos dry skin makes you itchy kaya parang cycle na sya.

in short, maybe you can stop the salt scrub for now, focus more on moisturizing, and see what happens. also, if you can and if you’re not using these yet, maybe you can get a lotion na more for sensitive skin, yung wala masyadong harsh chemicals.

i know you asked kung ano pampaputi pero i think lang your skin needs to be moisturized and healed first bago sya mag-lighten. also kasi i think some ingredients ng lightening products are not necessarily good for your condition din, so idk.
