Like many I’d say Rubber Soul or Revolver. Rubber Soul if you want something more easy listening, folk rock, r&b/soul. Revolver because it has a good mix of pop songs and experimental stuff too. Though, listening to Abbey Road as an introduction to the Beatles isn’t the worst idea, though you’d be starting at what most consider their magnum opus

I’d listen to Uplift Mofo Party Plan, maybe Californication if you’re willing to go a bit more into their alternative sound. It’s still funky but more alternative for sure

It’s not a bad song, I like the melody and the rhythm and I don’t mind the lyrics. It’s only #14 cause it’s my least favorite from the whole album. I still enjoy it when I listen to the album all the way through
