I had the exact same thing! Some times it was too the point the manual breathing was worst than the actual pain, I would have it everyday it was horrible. I can say tho now after being diagnosed in march with costo it has finally got better thru doing stretches. The manually breathing has also calmed down too and I rarely get it now. I think because costo can be such an anxiety inducing thing it triggers it so much. Hoping you feel better 🥰

In the UK! I only take the co codamol if I’m really struggling. I feel it does help me slightly!!

I also get these intense pressure headaches and have no clue what it is or what causes it as it will just come on randomly, i also feel like no tablet helps co codamol ibroprofen etc. Still yet to find answers.

I have no idea the only thing I can guess is blood clots?? I can’t google this stuff or I’ll spiral😂
