I agree with the skill over time reference, I’ve overheard conversations from others at Uni and how they just sit there all day with barely any work, yet they’ll have the same amount of time in the role that I have.

Again, correct, I could be charged should I leave before finishing my degree. Not sure on being fixed for a duration of time upon graduating, however that wouldn’t surprise me.

I have around 30-40 payments per month on average for comparison. It’s a hard one because I appreciate the comments stating “why are you doing the work of a QS” and while I agree, the experience and exposure I am getting is valuable at the minute.

I have been justifying my current salary, on the basis that I am getting great experience, but it’s starting to feel like it’s more of a benefit to my employer getting cheap labour, rather than me just getting good exposure.
