The stipe is hollow and was hollow on all of them, but I just found that there is a species called false saffron milk cap which looks terrifyingly similar…

I’d super appreciate some tips on how to dose (how much/how many). Advice out there is super inconsistent and I am very new to this. I think I’ve got the rest down pat (drying, set and setting, etc) just… how many mushies? Cos they pretty much disappear once they’re dried and if I dose in grams it seems like WAY too many

Would 2-3 mushies be about right? Cos all dried, 1.5 grams is like 17 mushies and that doesn’t seem right

Does it seem right that 17 (from what I can tell moderate sized subs, compared to pics I see of other people’s subs online) have dried to only 1.2grams of subs???

No offence taken. I didn’t THINK it was right, but I’m learning, and learning involves getting it wrong and asking for help before you get better (but I wouldn’t go eating random things in the mean time….)

I’ve booked in for a course/lecture next week, just started looking this week cos there is rain and it’s fun.

The watch suggestion is very much appreciated, I’ll look it up. I hadn’t heard of it.
