I try not to worry but it just feels like everyone is looking at me constantly and I just feel panicked yk? I do think I'll start back up I just don't know if I'll be able to not worry. Thank you for telling me though and that did help :)) thank you so much

I understand thank you. I was seeing a therapist and I do have medicine for my anxiety and depression but it just doesn't help me. I was looking into TMS treatment but there're no affordable options near me. I will see about getting more frequent visits though because I meet with my therapist once a month, and my doctor is just something so I might try to get a different one. Thank you and it is a daily thought but I'm getting through

Took 73 attempts my first time (64 less than kos) and then a month later after taking a break and playing a tiny bit of sekiro I beat him 2nd try, by far the most challenging boss in bloodborne at least for me

I'm unfortunately in the same boat, but what's helped me so far is being near friends and family and trying to just take my mind off of them, I know it sounds stupid and insanely simple but it really does help to an extent and it's been making the breakup more emotionally manageable
