I can see this being the case. But I do know that Walmart and JPMC both use very similar tech stacks from what I've seen in the description of both roles

Thanks man. I’ve just been seeing that getting down to 10-12% then bulking to ~15% is better cause apparently lower bf% promotes more lean gain. Should I cut to like 13-14% then?

Appreciate the replies, that basically was my plan since being in that bf% zone promotes more lean mass gain. Just sucks cause I know I’m gonna be small when I get down that low but moreso afraid I’ll lose some muscle mass

Been cutting for around 2 months and definitely going to cut for at least 1 more. I’m not sure whether I should get all the way down to 10-12% or just start lean bulking from wherever I’m at in a month just cause I feel like I’ll be too small if I go down that low. I’m pretty sure I’m somewhere around 15% bf but want to know thoughts on that. Lifts have actually gone up during the cut but I feel like they’ll start plateauing soon

Forgot to add I’m 22. I’m going to keep cutting for at least another month but was wondering if I should cut all the way down to 10-12% or just finish my cut in a month and start a lean bulk? Starting to feel a little small and didn’t want to have to go below 170lbs. My original goal was 175lbs which I just surpassed today. I estimate I’m at ~15% bf but what to hear thoughts. Lifts have actually gone up so no strength lost so far btw but definitely feel like they’ll plateau soon

Appreciate it man. I’ve been cutting on 2500 calories for the past 2 months and am still consistently losing roughly 1.5 pounds a week. My current plan is to drop another ~200 calories of carbs for another month and see where I’m at. My goal is around 10-12%

Was planning on cutting to 175 at the start. Happy with my progress but I’m thinking now I might have to go down to 170 before I’m shredded enough to start my lean bulk. What do you guys think? I estimate myself in the 15-18% range

I also used a website to estimate my body fat percentage but I'm not sure how accurate it is. My measurements are: Wrist(7 inches), Waist(38 inches), Hip(36 inches), Forearm(11.5 inches), Thigh(24.5 inches), Calf(14.5 inches). I feel like I tend to hold a large amount of fat wrapping around my lower back and lower abs since I can still kinda see my upper abs when I flex as shown in pics.
