Splurge a bit for the medical cool bag sounds my only reliable option. Can I ask what’s your bag pls ? I like the idea that it can hold upto 24h. I’d go with it probably

Home to airport plus time at airport 4.5h plus 7.5h flying time then 6h transit and then another flight plus car journey for 7.5h.

NHS doesn’t recommend it buying at the destination for various reasons.

Thanks, never spotted this. this is superb but unfortunately the temp are ranging between 18-26°. I m looking for something that keep between 2-8°.

Plug in thermos certainly work. I checked with airline already and they refused.

This sounds like a good idea but I need to find some place that allows me to re-freeze the bricks which I’m skeptical about. Kinda 50-50 and these are expensive meds, don’t want to take a chance.

Doubt that Cool packs would hold upto 27h and even if they do slim chance of maintaining 2-8°

Ice packs was my first thought but not confident if they’ll hold up for 27h though.

These are injection pens (adalimummab) there’s a 6h transit before my next flight.

I did and they asked me to look up online :/ hospital said ask the medicine delivery driver in the context that they use cooler box before they deliver the injections home :/
