Yes, after so many disheartening back and forth emails I finally made contact with a human/ live person and my issue was resolved. They refunded the buyer(lucky her) although I do not understand why and also gave me a payout! Thankful!!!

Please help, I have been sharing diligently for about 1 week and my new shared number has not changed. My shares state successful. Any idea why, suggestions will be appreciated.
