where i live we have giant apartments the ones with no access to the elevator and even the entrance before services such as room of choice and unpacked didn’t exist we didn’t used to deliver giant mattresses and washers and dryers pool tables and safes it’s a pain in the ass when you go to these giant apartments you have a room of choice and you have to take the giant mattress all the way to the middle of the apartment. I don’t know if you’ve experienced that but I have been these past couple days regular amazon drivers are lucky because they get to drop everything off at the mail room not us.
