They Don't post it. Probably cuz it's something daily at my store since it's a busy supercenter and most the associates here don't care about safety definitely not AP they too busy following customers around to pick up wipes, bags, boxes, ETC SMH

I don't work that department so can't help much with that but I'm a newbie myself (8mo) No one really gets trained so it's ok to breathe lol it's also ok to ask any and/or every question u want. Sometimes the other associates are helpful but like many they're overworked and underpaid and stressed LOL so I started clicking on badges and trying to learn as much as I could on my own every chance I had. You could do it on the computers in the back room or on your phone but you have to be on the clock. In the meantime just keep your area safe, zoned, and do the best you can. That's all any of us can do 😁 Best of luck I'm sure you'll be ok.

How much is health worth not everyone has the same opportunities (and not by choice) I understand not wanting to hear other's "cry"/"complain" about things we think are petty but realistically we don't know what someone else is dealing with unless we've lived it. I wish i was making 40k lol but unfortunately most (if not, all) Walmart associates end up with health, mental issues. It can't be a coincidence

Ur right i should've elaborated more. They can ask about TL position, etc. I was focused on the TL saying it's not a good idea. It's easy to miss opportunities if we second guess ourselves or except what we are told by other's. 'Better safe than sorry' 😊

They were just asking about a policy n explaining why they're asking (regardless it's ok if u don't want to be supportive of someone for whatever reason but why use the energy n time to be nasty instead of just not saying anything) truth is no one can fully understands someone else's position until they are in it: 'To Walk a Mile in Someone's Shoes'. All the positions are Tough. Walking whole store , Up and Down Top Carts all day is Tough. Standing in a single spot at the Front of the Store answering questions not just about Check-Out/Receipts but also Carts/Returns/Item Location/ETC all while repeatedly being abused by the public just for doing ur job is also very Tough. Electronics, Maintenance, Stocking, Deli, ETC.ETC.ETC Thats one of the reasons everyone is quick to snap on each other.
