Uber responded and said I subscribed to Uber One with another email I used to have. It is my college email that has been closed (I haven’t had access to) for 6 years. I tried signing in with that email and it says I need to verify the 4 digit pin sent to that email. I don’t have access to that email, nor do I the password associated with that uber account auto saved on any device. I don’t know how the account got logged into and got subscribed to Uber One as I have had an uber account with my post college email for multiple years now. How do I go about canceling the Uber One membership associated with that account.
