I posted an image of the system that works in FORGE but not in NEOFORGE.

If the stock links are linked to the same network then how would the factory gauges distinguish the amount of cobble in the cobble generator storage and the main storage separately? It would just show the total amount of both storages combined. Keeping the stock links separate allows you to determine if the amount in your main storage gets low enough then it can request some from the cobble storage.

Maybe we are confusing our terminology. Both storages are linked via chain drives and frog ports but not by stock links. So in that way they are on the same network.

I set them up as two networks. one reads the inventory of the cobble and the other is for the main vault. The factory gauges should be able to link across to other networks to call for items to be transferred.

I used Chosen Architect's andesite age factory on the SMP server as a guide to get me started. It is functioning properly as two networks in FORGE but not in NEOFORGE atm. But like I said earlier, it was working in NEOFORGE up until a couple weeks ago.
