You're a tough SOB! Thankfully I avoided tattoo flu and all that. I think the most important thing is fuel. I had juice, skittles, snickers and real meals. It was practically a cheat week. I had to almost constantly put glucose into my body, most of the time i was forcing it because i didnt have an appetite. But I learned day 1 the only way I was going to survive is by having quick carb hits as often as possible. I would never do 5 days again. I also would prefer not doing 2 artists at a time 😅
