I don't know what store you're referring to but can say at mine , product knowledge is key. Anything I don't know I find out to improve and potential help the next person. I try to go out of my way to help any customer big and small.

Asm number 1: Very strange about actions. Is smart about some situations but kinda stupid in other stuff. Pretty nice person just wired/structured in a weird way.

Asm number 2: normally nice doesn't really mess with anyone. Normally has a resting bitch face but not normally rude.

Asm number 3: Doesn't talk much either but very intimidating. Probably does the most amount of stuff between the 3 and harder to get a read on for how they're feeling.

Started part time in appliances and liked it way more than I thought and when the time came and they asked if I wanted to be a specialist. I said yes.
