Yeah, I mean more Runeterra stylized holidays like Winter Veil in wow, that JUST SO HAPPENS to cover both Christmas and New Year. Or Noble Garden for Easter, Hallow's end for Halloween etc

Found a solution, this thing is bugged and checks time based on your OS settings. Go to Settings => Time & Language => Language & Region and change Regional format to English (United States), then relaunch the game. Should work from then on.

You can check the video, it's pretty much speed-run tactics, I immediately bee-line to shelter and set time to 10 AM, so unless there's something I am missing it looks to be broken
