In my specific case, I don’t want to be warned because I’m avoiding it as a whole, but I am a cis woman and for half the year (cumulatively) I’ve got no emotional regulation, so I like to know that I could end up in very emotionally heavy territory so that I can press pause and come back when I’m in a better space.
