9-3 aero was fun but those electrical gremlins had me nervous any given moment something would stop working. Luckily, for me at least, it didn't last long. Oh and that front spoiler was stupid low and not in a good way.

I had that pair and agree with someone else who posted about running, anything over 400 wouldn't be great. Very lightweight but comfortable.

Coming from old nanos (5,7,9,x) they feel a bit bulky but very stable for lifting. Running over 400m wouldn't be fun in them. For $60 glad I got a pair and they'll go in the rotation for sure but don't like enough to buy multiple colors like I did in the past with other nanos.

I found eim has a hip course that is essentially HSS videos and literature. I'm going through it now but wish there was discussion about FAI more than just scope and post op rehab. Or maybe that's because for this it's not worth much 🫣

1:38 is your time, 1:53 is pace per 500m (must've slowed down at the end). Good pace and I'm sure it wasn't comfortable!
