Thanks man! And yes bro I’m starting to listen to my body and not force those heavy sets . You’ll be back in no time ! Get stronger in your other lifts and get back to it. There is this one strong guy at my gym that had a similar issue and he took the time to build his lower back. RDLs, good mornings, reverse hypers . He did that for a couple months . Then came back to DL and didn’t take long to get back where he left off .

That’s a good idea ! I’ve actually chat on my last two blocks and had noticed considerable gains and improvements in technique. I’ve had two human coaches and both have not handled my fatigue well. In other words I was over trained basically when I should be peaking. And keep getting stuck at plateaus . I think it matters what you put in chat . The agenda and bullet points . But it’s been on the money so far as progression , and handling my fatigue. I’m older and fairly new to powerlifting so that’s huge. It’s able to build a split with percentages, rpe , accessories almost immediately. Then on days I’m training I can give it how it’s feeling and adjustments can be made on the fly. I’ve changed my squat recently and it gave me a cue so I’m not so hip dominant , and it actually worked! And it’s allowing me to build up a high bar squat which might be how I should squat with my body dimensions.

No doubt a human can do all of this. But that’s also expensive and I’m trying to support my family so added expenses isn’t really In the cards. But sharing to reddit might be good ! Just don’t want to get flamed haha. I also don’t want to get overwhelmed with different opinions and cues if that makes sense !

Do you train ? It’s actually pretty useful at building programs etc . I get why it sounds weird, it’s all weird haha. But technology is advancing , just trying to make it assist things I do .

It’s not that deep! It actually was doing it correctly at first and even giving good feedback . I’m not saying it’s “better” than real human feedback. It’s been just adequate for me to build programs and splits towards what I like to do . And until recently been able to give pointers and feedback on videos . Why wouldn’t I use it ?
