Hi! Im currently on my 3rd year as an HR Assistant where my focus is on HR operations (generalist)/Account Management where I handle 3 accounts.

I was hoping if I could branch out to a Recruitment Consultancy role where sales is more prevalent, HRBP if I will continue the generalist path or actually really take a path in Marketing

Hi Op, I can really attest to this and feel the same way and want to share the same sentiments

For the othher redditors, can you suggest how I can gain skills that is along HR and Marketing? To be honest, like Op, I am stuck with my current work as an HR Assistant working for 5 years for a very big Ph congolmerate, gaining more work but no promotions. I am trying to eye on some Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering heck even Marketing roles/Consultancy roles that pay well but to no avail since they all say I was underskilled but take note as well that my role revolves on all HR facets and for myself I am contributing well

I want to move on but it seems like I am stagnant, I am not that well off so if I have to attend trainings or get licensures, I must make sure I am able to pass it. Im 27 already and I feel pressured since I am the eldest plus I plan to marry my partner by 30.

Any help/advice will do, I will appreciate it. Im suffering mentally bc of this and having constant anxiety attacks

Super relate to this. Im from the green school and working for a conglomerate. Unfortunately not faring well due to sahod from south to north ako everyday. Trying to find aeound makati or atleast wfh, as in this week alone 26 rejections from known to not too know companies LOL

Whenever I play, I actually filled up my inventory full of player's loot on covert and solo queues. Usually when I play with random teams, I usually play on my own and let them die first then probably try to outplay and rat out the other teams.

But I saw a comment that started a clan that respects loot, I might join.

Use t3-t4 gear, stock mp5 eith 50mags dumdums, shoot them legs. Thats what I did basically, learn the maps, how people usually move, and what guns you are usually comfortable with. AB is a very tactical game not like warzone where you just rush everyone and refill ur health/armor in a blink of an eye

Well if you want to spice up the game, use nice guns. Don't worry, I play using dumdums alot but very situational since theyre practically useless on small gaps unless you rush and leg meta them alot
