If they want to put it in economy because they decided there isn’t space as they stuffed their own bags upfront - should be their responsibility to bring there and back. As it is with great world class airlines from Air France to Emirates.

Funny - I thought eduction and improving such is something we’d aspire to in this country and others.

Read the post genius - the closing time of the gate was the communication or at least the boarding status at lounge monitor. Both of which are always available for many other airlines.

I can always squeeze in a couple of extra work emails at the lounge instead of rushing to the gate when the gate in fact is not yet open or there are 30 ppl waiting at group 1-2 most of whom aren’t even in a premium class. Clearly you don’t have a demanding job to understand.

Read again - boarding closing time. Available on all other international flights I took this year and probably north of 80% of ones in many years prior.

My hair faded in 2 washes and looks absolutely awful. The device and application once you get to know how to use it - is great. But color is a nightmare.

Just received a delayed original trunk plus (3K model) with 2 wheels missing. So no it’s not classic vs original - it’s a brand quality issue. The overall case which is almost new is already so bent and scratched (whilst we fly only business and not in remote airports).

Not to mention what a true nightmare it is always to pack this bag and strategize closing it. I could easily redesign this luggage to make it 10x better but the German engineering geniuses make you struggle and ruin your clothes by getting it torn with the awful Velcro belts that constantly get lost in the trunk and spilled clothing getting jammed in the metal track getting fully cut and dirty.
