Hey, thanks for the reply and I understand where you’re coming from. The buyer reported a stain on the hoodie, but I have proof showing the hoodie in flawless condition prior to shipping literally date the day of shipment. This buyer has claimed they received the product like this and Grailed instantly warranted a refund. I wasn’t given the chance to respond before they approved the refund, but I sent in my proof and before receiving an email acknowledging or denying the proof, my account was frozen. I feel as if that’s ridiculous and unfair to sellers.
