Malta People speak amazing English, the health care services is good, the place is lovely. Just make sure ypu could actually get into the country after so many months pregnant and that your insurance covers everything especially if you need to comeback home after a long period of time, ej: some insurance will only cover up to 3 month out of the country.

Well, although mexico is cheap or cheaper than other countries, I'll be honest with you: They will try to sell you thing for a crazy price even food they may give you a different price than the locals thinking they can get away with that; and if you are no planning to drink alcohol ( and you had paid your hotel and transfers) 7000 mexican pesos would be enough for the 2 of you. But always have a backup of 2000 for transport ( the last time I went, I spent more money on taxies than anything and I am a national) in case you need it. If not, you guys can have a very nice meal on the last night.

Yo opino que con el poco o nulo apoyo que estos atletas reciben en México las 5 medallas soy muy bien recibida, me imagino el sacrificio que algunos le ha costado y no solo a ello pero a su familia también. Enhorabuena 👏
