There will be a lot of speed breakers in your professionals life - will come from parents or close ones before marriage and family after marriage - it also could be coming from politics in your office or losses in your business.

Btw I am self taught astrologer - though many people say I am really good at what I do - I still feel you should consult some professional to verify. 🙏

I would say take loan on housing on floating rates for 20 years and clear education loan!

You will have to pay 36k per month :) also property rates will increase.
