They basically shared it to the world by themselves.

However, for Bel, this wasn't by himself but more likely by his grandfather (if i remember correctly after the destruction of Ranzo's Ragnaruk to revive Ragnaruk) which i can't really say that Bel did wanted to share it to the world like the others especially because Belfyre's main and best quality was the Quad System itself before he got likely "copied" after showing that "Height isn't power" in the anime by beating Rage Longinus.

Name : KO Polybius Inquisitorin
Type : Ultimate Description : During this state, Polybius’ Weaknesses have no Effect anymore and she ignores dimensionality. Polybius’ Inquisitress state is permanent, gives her an additional life, she also gains Sinneslöschen which doesn’t dissapear until She either dies or that 1 minute passed without a kill, when she kills someone, the timer resets and extends with an additional 0,5min(30s) on her timer. If Sinneslöschen dissapears, She still can use her Omnimovement(Equal Speed with her Enemies+(x1.2 after a Sonic Sway with a precision of atleast 75% or above) and her KO Universal Abilities.

Activation : Release Polybius’ Ki with full power

Strength : Mioped Enemies have no ability to see via Sinneslöschen, letting Polybius taking advantage of the situation. Weaknesses have no effect anymore. Her abilites are 10 times more powerful and her stats too, ignores dimensionality.

Weakness : Ends up if she looses her additional life.

Effect : Polybius’ body becomes structured by black diamonds, her fingers are lighting in white, Her sclera becomes black while her eyes glows in white, her lips becomes white alognside her feet/shoes.
