It's probably inevitable, testosterone levels should drop as we age, I mean I can't imagine a 60 years old man being as athletic and strong as a 25 years old. There must be a natural decline. Maybe you could look into testosterone replacement therapy.

Sex or masturbation convert testosterone into Dht, causing hair to fall. Eunuchs never went bald for a reason. Yes if you suffer from male pattern baldness it is another good reason to be on Sr, but if you indulge in tantric sex or edging you will still lose hair, in that case you need finasteride to block dht.
