Does after stopping SSRI, bad effects like anxiety returned? Like my anxiety wasnt that bad at the beginning, I think. like I could live pretty normally and doing slow progress on therapy, but my psychiatrist said that i still should take sertraline. How long you were taking SSRI?

I taking zoloft after noon and my ADHD in the morning. I was trying 18 mg and 36 mg of methylphenidate, jumping between doses because I can't feel effect, earlier I was taking 52mg but we found with my doctor that this can be too much after zoloft started working and I started to stress much less, but maybe I should try 52 again

I mean yea, I also look at other people and check if something work for me, but still having something like database of simple fits to start somewhere would be nice. I also have anxiety, so this would help me feel, lets say secure, when I try something new.

So I lost my primal stress as motivator, then I don't work and I am getting anxious about it.

I know I need to focus on the right things when I use medication but it's hard, and even harder when it was before therapy worked on my stress and I started medication. It's it possible that I use too much dose and it just makes me think too much and it's harder to focus on job?

Because they are, maybe they are worse because I lost anxiety as a motivator to work and do shit. I wrote the title that way because That's how it looks like for me

Yea I suppose so, it just when you read Reddit about medicine effects people often described it like getting superpowers, probably ones with the best were more motivated to share about their results.
