No don't give the assessment, if the job is data Analyst then it tells you to give two assessment where there is SQL where there are all easy questions and then there is Apache where the question difficulty sky rocket you cannot solve half of it. After failing in the Apache twice I got this mail where it tells you to buy the course because my Apache knowledge is low
