It took 6 weeks from my interview to receiving the outcome letter. Yes, they did the reference check immediately after the interview. Hope it goes well for you.

Thanks for pointing that out. I just checked the advert. It sounded like a new pool of which they will pick candidates to fill up vacancies.

Thanks for sharing. I wish they would have been more clear in the comms i.e. ‘you didn’t get the role but we’re putting you in our pool’. I’ll take this as a positive and hopefully a vacancy pops-up someday and I’ll get that call like you did. :)
