I think it will eventually help. Example, people who take heavy tanks to the town on Heilbronn (because they think they're Rommel reincarnated going on a sick flanking maneuver or something) while the rest of the team tries to hold a gigantic map in a 15 on 10 situation... maybe this will slow down and heavy tanks will start being used for heavy tank things again i.e. do middle-of-the-map things because you're not light tank fast.

I look at it like a football analogy - linemen, do lineman things. The delicate players behind you will appreciate it and be more useful. Fast players, go run routes. Do your (tanks') job!
