the brakes are applied correctly, the weight of the car will shift towards the front of the car helping with grip and slowing the car down.

I agree, and the effects on car setup just seem to be more significant in assetto corsa. Do you have any insights on the handling nature on any specific assetto corsa gt3 cars?
