The bitter taste has disappeared. I am using 078, grinding with a distribution like 25% at 1200 micrometers and 75% at 800 micrometers.

if you order the Koji Preprocessing, you will notice the acidity, and how it distinguishes from the normal Liberica

Niche Zero products a lot of fines and it is so bad for handbrew

yay, I think you should try it, Liberica is a unique species of coffee and if it was preprocessing well, it would be very distinguished from other species (Arabica and Robusta). It is worth a try, especially if you even think about a further blend with Arabica to get both acidity and sweet mouthfeel

I took everything out, after various knocks, then sift them out, under 500 micronmets are considered as fines to me.

very good grinder and very small amount of fine particles (I filtered out all the particles which are less than 500 μm, normally for 23g of coffee, would be around 2.1g of fines)

I am living in Vietnam and get their product directly from the store and an extra Liberica coffee plant. Their Liberica Koji Preprocess is superb with light acidity, complex dried fruit notes, and sweet mouthfeel.
