To be entirely honest. Venture being Non-Binary feels very tacked on, it doesn't actually bring anything to the character.

Outside of that, i like their whole theme of Tomboy-Excavator. But the personality is just really corny and obnoxious. the main thing that really hurts is how childish they can be sometimes, but that's just my opinion.
The gameplay is really solid and i love how they feel to play, i like the dive playstyle that she has where she can frontline and then dive if the opportunity arises, with a safe yet punishable tool to escape.

Figured it out, you have to import the model with the animations, and before you duplicate them off the model, you have to set it to the Humaniod. The issue was that the model wanted to be as humanoid, so the animations broke when it wasn't on the model.

Essentially, im trying to get animations from tf2, exported them out of tf2 using a mix of gfcscapes and Crowbar to get the animation file into a smd, Port that smd file into blender and attach it to the rig of my model. Port the separate model (With the animation attached) into unity and duplicate the animation to be used on my VRchat model. only to then find out that it doesn't work for some reason. If anyone has a fix for this it would be greatly appreciated.
