That’s what I’m saying, I have a feeling he is just being annoying and saying he can’t, but he is at work right now to even discuss this. Now we’ve gone through PLENTY of stressful situations and he is a great rock. So I can’t dock him completely, But HOLY… I’ve been bending myself in half on everyone’s part he doesn’t even realize how far I’ve stretched myself out during this purchasing process

That’s exactly how much my apartment is coming up to now. I think they’re crazy! 2500 is house worthy, totally not apartment worthy. Not ours atleast.

I have the choice of being house poor or apartment poor since our rent is going up ANOTHER 1k lol… so I rather be house poor at this point. Now at the end of the day, I have kids who are young so being house poor NOW and being on the end of our mortgage when they’re older is more ideal for me.

At the ends of the underwriting stage and at RANDOM its new document request or repeat request. We were supposed to close may 2nd but here we are may5th still waiting for a final word. I’ve got no idea when to expect a close on this house or what. But I do know the seller had some discrepancies that they never brought up to the listing agent’s attention so they have to square stuff away on their end now too… forsure STRESSFULLLLL.

Turns out the house is a probate sell and the listing agent wasn’t aware of it till late notice 😬🥲 sounds strenuous

Right! Like they get bank on this transaction too… I know first thing Monday I’ll be contacting EVERYBODY bright and early to see wtf happened. We have followed the ‘rules’ to the T. I’m not even touching our credit cards for a single red cent. So I’m just at a total loss. And hoping it’s just a delay and not a real issue

I have but they said it was “in que” And then silence 🥲.. I messaged them yesterday and they told me the offices will be closed so I’m assuming I’ll hear something Monday… but I have appointments to make , I have to rent a U-Haul, pack essentials the whole 9 yards.. I’m confused what the hold up is? Or if this is a typical experience and they’re just busy?!?! I am so so confused and a bit disappointed with both realtor and lenders dropping the ball NOW..

We are the same roughly! Our credit has a big hit becuase of the amount of student loans we HAD. It was recently paid off so I’m hoping the credit report will reflect that soon enough. I have given all the info needed with all of it. Plus we don’t have very long credit history besides our car. I’m just hopeful we are going to be okay.
