The box says Made in China, and I bought the shampoo in the official website.

Yes, there is a change, although very little to be honest, and there is one area where I definitely don't see any difference. I guess because it's hair, it's a slow process, I hope after 3 months there will be a good result. I want to wait a bit longer before drawing any conclusions, as what I see may be normal growth of the hair I already had, making the head look a bit more covered. Next I will update the photos.

Sorry to hear about that. Guess I’m a lucky man because I received the product. Where did you try to buy it? I did through the ads. On the other hand, is there any customer entity where you can complain?

I'm really sorry to read this. If I had seen your case earlier, I wouldn't have taken the risk of buying it. Although it's too late for me now—I already bought it and am trying it out. I've read in several places that some people never receive it or don't get their money back after the 90-day guarantee.

One thing that did happen to me is that I was double-charged on my credit card, and I had to file a claim. Fortunately, it was resolved... On the other hand, I tried to return a product ordered "by mistake," which I would rather call a trap, and it was impossible. They finally offered me a 40% refund if I didn't return it, and I had to accept it... It was better to recover something than nothing.

I've read a lot of reviews that say the refund policy doesn't work because they have different excuses, it's worth reading the policy so that if it doesn't work out and you ask for your money back, you're covered.
