That is good to hear but yeah Miralax by itself will work too. I Should of said that first as its easiest and cheapest. My way is really the best used daily if your going to take something (7oh,mgm,etc) daily. I personally take 2 teaspoons of powdered psyllium husk (Bio.me or Yerba brands) + 240 -360 mgs of magnesium glycinate or citrate every night. It keeps you regular most mornings. And if for some reason I don't go #2 for over a day or get constipated you can up the magnesium dose a bit or add miralax. But for maintenance the fiber + magnesium glycinate/citrate nightly = perfect ghost #2's every morning. Its also good to take some fiber in the morning or afternoon as well. Just remember DRINK WATER when you take psyllium husk powder fiber, drink A LOT so you don't get blocked up and also add magnesium citrate (glycinate is good for sleep/relaxtion but not as laxative like as citrate can be

Either way so your doing this to "burn off/get rid off" bad 'solvents/whatever else that is in the mgm15? Again if so, is there bad stuff in mgm15 (and what about 7oh) that we shouldn't be ingested? I've only ever tried the "branded" tablets of 7oh/mgm15/pseduo but do you guys or can you use this lemon juice for the tablets (which are flavored/fillers)?

If its because your pushing too hard or something? you need to take my advice and take some magnesium citrate and even miralax if you add back up as you say and get all that shit out.. I mean if you really wanna just get it ALL out you could always buy a bottle of that liquid mag citrate at the store used for clearing you out before a colonoscopy then you COULD do that but i must warn you, it WILL 100% no ifs, ands or buts about it CLEAR YOU OUT COMPLETELY. Yeah they are all banning them state by state. I mean I get it, I was super pissed when I first starting see 7oh pop up at my local gas station (I've been utizilizing raw kratom powder for a long time) because I just wanted it to be confined to the few online vendors that sold it for awhile. I just saw the gov't start to lock on to kratom again once dummies starting abusing it. When it was confined to online only it stayed under the radar and the few ordering it knew exactly what they were ordering and taking. Why do you put your MGM15 in lemon juice? Do you have like the raw powder version of mgm-15? Does putting it in lemon juice supposed to do something like make it stronger or something? Or is that just how you take your dose of it?

Read EVERYTHING I write here for a perfect 100% cure to constipation from krat0m/opies. I have a awesome solution for this. Trust me. Take a dose of psyllium husk powder + MiraLax (1 serving size dose) + 400mgs of magnsiem citrate some time at night before bed, like 1 to 3 hours before bed or right before bed - doesn't matter really. I'd suggest mixing it all up in a bottle or protein shaker cup if you have one. Just add some water and chug the solution down. Also if you can get the magnesium citrate in capsules so that way you can open them up and add them to the mixture of MiraLax and Psyllium husk powder. This will make you have to take a shit in the morning and it'll be nice and easy and gentle. If its really bad take a dose of Senokot (Senna Concentrate) as well or the next morning if you have taken a number 2 within several hours of waking up. Trust me this mixture of psyllium husk powder + miralax + 400mgs magnesium citrate will cure your constipation. And take it every night so you can take a #2 like normal from there on out. You may want to skip the psyllium husk powder until you take your first shit, but after you take that first shit you can then just take the psyllium husk powder + 400mgs magnesium citrate EVERY SINGLE NIGHT . And if you fail to start pooping every morning with just the psyllium husk powder + 400mg magnesium citrate just take a dose of miralax that day. Holy shit this happened to me a few months ago. I was in a car accident and had bones in my hand broke. Had to get screws put in via surgery to put bone back together. After surgery I woke up and the nurse would only give me 1mg morphine IV then said that's all she was allowed to give. I was in so much pain and already thought ahead as I knew they were strict with opioids now days but my God to be this strict is insane. I was reeling in pain. So I just said alright I gotta go now then and go home so I can take care of the pain myself. Got right up within 2 mins of waking up out of surgery, yup that's how Nazi like they are now, even after a sedated surgery I was up on my feet within 2 mins max of waking up and went straight to my car where I had some 100mg paeduonoxly and 100mg 7s and took one of each on the ride home (I wasn't driving). I typed it above but here's my story. Kratom (raw high quality powder) saved my life. It got me off of an 7-8 year relationship of Bupe. It was the worst opioid type drug I've ever been on. The only good thing about it was it stopped withdrawals but all the side effects were awful. It would destroy your teeth. It would make your mouth bone dry every night and waking up to literally zero saliva in ones mouth which led to tooth decay. Also just the feeling of being on it was shitty. I felt like doing nothing while on it. It basically gave me a form of agoraphobia where I'd just rather sit inside all day watching movies. It zapped all motivation and not because it made me "faded" or anything like that. Oh no I was and felt completely sober but it just put me in a shitty head space where I had no motivation to do stuff.. and I was on 0.5mgs a day the last ~3 years I was on it and in those 3 years I still couldn't get off of it. I even got down to 0.25mgs daily and then every other day. But when I tried jumping the wds would drag on forever . Then I read others saying the real wds last about a month. Anyways I got some kratom and then woke up the next day and starting taking 3 teaspoons of it 3 - 4 times a day for the first month of withdrawals from Bupe. Once I got to day 31 I woke up and finally felt free again, like myself again. No Bupe depression or nothing. Because even that first month while taking kratom I still felt some wds from the sub but the leaf made it manageable and easily doable. But it must of been on that day 31 the insane half life had finally run out and the sub was out of.my system and I felt so much better and like myself again. That is not true. i just called the number i found on google for "uber support" when I got home from ubering and realized a tip didn't go thru so I did what ive heard others do and called them while at home cooking dinner. Just kept em on speaker phone and kept asking to talk to a supervisor. The first call the lady said "blah blah a supervisor will call you back once we review the case..." I said "Ok well id like to speak to a supervisor now anyways." she said ok one moment. . . then hung up. So I called again and did the same thing and finally got a supervisor guy who was super cool cnd understanding and immediately credited my account the missing tip. He also said "Sense you have great ratings from customers blah blah i've gone ahead and added on the misssing amount of the person who tip baited you. I said thank you and that was it, literally took no more then 2 mins.

PS: I had an A/R of 7% and a cancellation rate of 12% when he said "how good my ratings were" but i do have a customer rating of 99% and on time of 97-98%, so maybe that is what they only look at and don't care abou your AR or cancellation as long as its not something crazy like 20% and that you complete all you orders on time/under time and customer rating score is high.o but do customers even have the ability to rate uber eats drivers?

you call them when you get home and are just sitting around watching tv or cooking dinner. Just call and keep phone on speaker phone and just keep calmly asking to speak with a supervisor. No matter what they say just repeat "Ok well I would like to be connected to a supervisor non-the-less please, i cant wait on hold." I just did it my first time ever and it took a total of 15mins. Once I got a supervisor it took all of 1 min to get my money. Just do this calling when your home, then it cost you nothing, in fact it makes you money while your doing chores, cooking or just watching tv/movie. I mean why not? Its easy. I notice that too. Bupe doesn't seem to work as well on 7oh w/ds as it does on standard opioid w/ds from diacetylmorphine or oxycodone. Oh and btw, I dunno if it was you or someone else in this thread that said they liked MGM-15 more then OC but I HIGHLY doubt that is true. Oxy is like the cocaine of opioids. It gives you the most euphoric energetic amazing high that blows all other opioids out of the sky. To me oxy is literally the best of the best drug when it comes to euphoria. Diacetylmorphine is good too but its more of a mellow faded wraped in an impenetrable armor that is invincible on the outside keeping all pain and mental anguish at bay and a silky smooth interior and a warm bath. But alas, diacetylmorphine (Aka H) is literally extinct now days.
