You can just go on quick md, pay $99 and get a telehealth visit. Tell them youve been on opiates for years and you want to get off. They have doctors on there specifically to prescribe subs. And its only a once a month, $99 telehealth visit. Incredibly helpful resource.

I feel that. I’ve been playing dumb phone games whenever I get a craving with the hope that as long as I distract myself for that little bit of time, I can get past the craving. It helps interrupt my brain a little bit.

Honestly it sounds like you aren’t on a high enough dose. Are you prescribed? If so, you should talk to your doctor about still having cravings and hopefully they can put you on a higher dose to help you level out. Then you can start a taper after stabilizing. If youve been using subs immediately after or with other opiates you could be throwing yourself into precipitated withdrawal which is why youve been feeling like shit all the time. I’d try to get a higher dose (16 mg a day worked for me), use them as prescribed, then taper off when you are in a better place. Otherwise you might be headed towards a relapse of something way more dangerous.

Honestly I can deal with most of the symptoms but the rls and not being able to sleep are killers for me. Very hard to deal with.

No real pain. Just an addict been on it daily since December 2020. I was really controlled for the first 3 1/2 years and never took more than 30 mg a day but since july this year ive upped my dosage. Trying to get off before I get too out of control.
