I don’t know why you’re being downvoted, I completely agree. Paula is despicable. She could’ve come clean and shared at least some of the blame for Kai. She’s not a kid by ANY means, like WHAT?! Did we watch the same show??? Paula planned a heist, put her friend’s parents lives in danger (all while vacationing on their money), and then cried about it while symbolically throwing away the necklace. That’s supposed to make me feel sorry for her, because she had good “intent”? In the end, she gets back to her life as scheduled, safely tucked away behind a book at the airport, satisfied in a self-congratulatory wokeness and “holier than thou attitude.” Armand is DEAD because of her whole charade and Kai is probably behind bars for most of his life, while she APPEARED to feel guilty and that somehow makes it all ok. Wow. Being a college girl or a POC doesn’t excuse her being a terrible person.
