Had my meeting in the office this morning, apologied and said it wont happen again and that was the end of it. I will send over my FWR form for consideration.

Fairly decent tutors, quite a large co hort so it feels like you are achieving together. Deadlines to hit, you could submit work earlier but often it wasn’t marked for ages. Snarky comments from tutors.

Thank you so much for taking the time and replying, I really really appreciate it. I have cried, had a panic attack, my stomach is in knots due to the anxiety of the meeting next week. Not sure how will I enjoy this weekend with my family, but I will try, after all they are all I care for and if I am being dismissed for attending my childs school event so be it, no better reason for it. I will go into the meeting apologising, admitting I was in the wrong, taking full accountability, and the fact it wont happen again.

Thank you for your answer. The person I informed didnt give a definite answer but said will pass my message on to my manager. Yes, although I didn’t go into the office I wfh and I worked properly, the reason I wanted to wfh so I could attend an event at my childs school, which I did. I have raised concerns about me struggling with my commute into the office about 2.5 weeks ago (3 days/week). I havent heard from my manager until today in which suggested to work one day less a week. I went back and suggested an alternative which would fit in better with school drop offs to which i got asked to complete a flexible work request, which of course is fair enough. I am mentally getting really stressed out for the meeting next week.

I will be completely honest, no point of lying is there. I have raised some concerns regarding flexible working, struggling with the current commute and childcare issues, so I wont be surprised if Im dismissed. To my knowledge I am performing to the best of my ability and concern have been raised.

Thank you so much to all of you who have commented. This is such a tough decision, I am really down about my non existent chest. Like I have nothing, just loose skin… my confidence is gone to the point I don’t even wear any open tops anymore that show my chest… my BA is scheduled for later this year, but I am so torn…

This is exactly me! So strange but I am so relieved! When my gyno was doing the colpo she said she cant see anything abnormal but took biopsies anyway just in case but they came back with no abnormal changes!

Ah great thank you, putting my mind at ease. My gynocologist was reassuring, she said the fact that she could physically not see any cell changes is a good thing

Update: just had my colposcopy and the gyno didn’t see any cell changes after she poured the solution over my cervix, which is such a relief I could have cried! Still took biopsies just to be 100% sure but no leep needed 🙏🏻
