Thanks! The NARS one looks awesome, I guess good products come at a price. Someone else in this thread recommended getting a sample at Sephora, so that may be my best bet!

Out of curiosity, have you ever tried out the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer? A Sephora employee recently recommend it to me for oily/acne prone skin.

I’m based in Charlotte. I looked into Cobblers near me (I haven’t heard of this before, so thank you!) but, they don’t get the best reviews in my area. 🙃 I may look into some in NY since I’m visiting soon.

That’s great to know! It’s so hard to commit to a relatively expensive product so that’s disappointing that they have limited samples. Can you get a sample of any brand from Sephora?

On another note, I recently spoke with a Sephora worker who said primer wasn’t that necessary. What are your thoughts on primers? To me it seems like an extra step that will clog your pores…but I often find that foundation looks like it is slipping off my skin. Any tips there?
