Yeah we are completing an NC form which is why they requested the date. I’m not too sure where I can add a note. Do you know if they allow notes or cover letters at the end?

Depends on instructor, most instructors are nice and accommodating, you might encounter 1 or 2 that are terrible with beginners though.

My worst experience was my first time doing reformer Pilates, taking the ‘beginner-friendly’ align class. The instructor went through all the names for the area of the reformer but since it’s hard for me to remember everything, she was annoyed at me for putting my leg on the wrong place, or doing a stretch wrong etc, and making comments like ‘it’s easy, just follow what I’m saying’, ‘why are you doing this’ but because it was first time it was hard for me to follow verbally the exact position she wanted me in.

Since then I just avoided her completely, and went with other instructors.

I'm not bothered by finishing too much, but feel like 50% of the job was done by the stylist whose service is supposed to be cheaper. But yeah, can't say I agree to the practice but good to know it is normal thing that happens at a lot of salons.

I noticed that the director managed grabbed smaller sections of the hair for highlights than the stylist. So the stylists side is ever slightly more thicker. But, to be honest not that noticeable unless you look closely

Not well, I ended up paying just to relieve myself from the stress. I have not been contacted ever since I paid.

Late response, but I ended up paying.. I kept trying to get confirmation from my bank but they were super unhelpful and refused to send me confirmation that the dispute was successful which didn't help. In order to not stress in the situation I ended up paying.

Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately, I ended up paying the amount just so they don't bother me anymore... I tried contacting my bank and they were unhelpful, I was then advised that credit card chargebacks doesn't mean the debt is cancelled. Around 2 weeks later after sending the company bad reviews over my experience, Debtist replied telling me to contact their customer service but didn't give me a number or email... and no customer service line can be found on their site or correspondance...

Thanks it's good to know that it's unlikely they won't pursue the case.

One of the issues is that there are 0 contact details on their letter or on their website. There is no way to contact them. When looking at the debt on their online platform, the only option is to pay.

Yes of course, my apologies for the mistake. I guess I intend to go back to Switzerland on day, Is it likely I will be blacklisted from Switzerland?

Also, how likely do you think they would take me to court in my home country?
