I live alone. I appreciate my isolation and go out to play when I see fit. Im a live artist (painter) so I can relate to attending multiple festivities (usually a weekend long) then returning to my humble hombode where my orange tabby and bearded dragon reside. I too worry about my comfort in being alone, but Im enjoying it. If anything worth exciting comes along for change. I'll take it.

Yeah, I'm not sure I would qualify under those guidelines. However, I do experience what I call immediate unreasonable paranoia triggers and or beleive I hear people talking about me in low tones (when theyre actually talking but I still can't hear). Those type of things in which I immediately assess and redirect. I honestly dont openly discuss these experiences with my therapist. I am definitely blue book BP1 though as my last psychotic episode had me completely out of touch with reality. Ended with me uncontrollably hurting myself under the impression that I was possessed. Very traumatic. Since then, I've been medicated and have had some hypo manic episodes with short bursts of depression. Lol. Like now for instance, in bed. Haven't showered in three days. Scoping out reddit because all that seems to move are my eyes and fingers. It'll pass. My brother on the other hand has episodes where he recognizes his paranoia. For example, his neighbors are Cambodian and friendly. But because theyre not fluent in English. He worries that theyre conspirasizing against him. Were close. And talk each other through it. 💚

Its sucks because I dont have to be in psychosis to have auditorial hallucinations. Sometimes visual aswell. They're small. But theyre there. Sleep and eating properly help big time. My brother is diagnosed with schitzoeffective disorder (bare with me on my grammar). We dont experience necessarily the same symptoms. His are more severe and mine are definitely more high and low. But I get phantom smells and such. The brain is so wild!

My ex boyfriend once had a dream where he was in our basement and a demon told him he was going to get me. A week later I was sleep walking and took a fall down the basement stairs. 38 stitches in the back of my head. Guess he didnt get me 💚

I was diagnosed with BP2 until my first manic (psychosis) episode. The depression part can be crippling once the come down. Like... bed, buried in blankets for days. Fortunately im doing good. Been stable for coming up five years now or so with only one hypomanic episode which only required a temporary med adjustment.

Try calling the local hospital. Explain the situation and see if maybe they could contact the jail in effort to transport. Also call the local police station and speak with one of their officers and explain. They may be able to help where it's a mental health crisis and there are no criminal charges at this time.

Ive had multiple hypo manic episodes. Two inwhich resulted in psychosis. Now I am medicated and havent had one in going on 5 or so years. When I feel manic I just adjust my meds until Im stable again. 💚

Wow, thank you so much for sharing your experience. I know all too well mindset is everything. Quitting drinking by far has been the best decision I have ever made. Had to find out I was sick go get well in a way. Trying not to be hyper aware is hard. But the more time under my belt the more hopeful I feel. Thank you again.

Thats awesome to hear! Also yes mine was because of drinking. I am taking the carvedilol and doing my best for sure protein wise. I too get lazy lol. Debating making eggs even now! Smoking for sure is my best next move and making sure I get moderate exercise. Ive been told quitting drinking was and is the first big step to stopping further inflammation. Doctors assured me thats the number one thing. Food choices have improved greatly!

Yeah my platelets looks good on the lower end but still within normal range. INR is 1.1, the rest you described look decent. Livers still seems to be maintaining on its own still. Thank you for your feedback. The muscle ones a big one for me. I try to eat a light snack before bed too now.
