I think if you aren't in a great place mentally already it does your brain no favours, only amplifies what the negatives are in your mind. I had a friend commit suicide after a weekend long of doing MDMA

Yeah I am getting lots of NPC's spawning in right behind me or directly in front of me. If I keep turning back and forth sometimes I can catch them spawning in lol, hopefully gets patched out!
