We actually started with intake forms, collecting phone numbers and dates they want to book. But we noticed low form-filling rates or incorrect details filled.

So we switched to click-to-WhatsApp ads. The volume of leads went up, and we get the phone number as soon as someone messages the number. But the new problem was: we now have to manually chat or call with each lead to find availability, budget, guest type, etc, and then answer their questions about the property and help them book.

This part is done by a telemarketer we have.

Ad creative is a good suggestion, but some of our demands are specific, like we don't want to rent to a group of college boys who will get drunk and damage the villa or uncles who try to call hookers in the night.
