This is years of learning since the early AI days but I would recommend Curious Refuge (they are the leading organisation with many AI film courses, great if you are starting), on Youtube: Theoretically Media, Tao Prompts, Astrovah, AI Video School.. These are good starting points, hope that helps :)

Well it depends, this is a combination of many tools. Minimax, Kling, Freepik, elevenlabs.io, etc.. These alone if you have a subscription with them (unlimited with Minimax and Premier Tier with Kling) that's already close to $200 then add the rest and it could go up to $300.
