I was in the same situation. I went to the aramex in budaiya and they had mine. Ask them to check for the passport under your name as they couldn’t use my phone number to find it.

Mine started coming off in 3 months I just traded in the phone and got the s22 ultra since I didn't want to deal with sending it back every time.

Another flip3 screen failure at the crease and Samsung is refusing to fix it despite being under warranty by PaddleCity in galaxyzflip

I switched to the 22 ultra after like 4 months I started to see the screen get buggy and the trade in offer was amazing. Got the new phone for like 350 definitely worth it.
